It is incredible that for a third time a government organisation has failed to look after their security, in such a short time.
In this case emails have been used to send sensitive information such as login credentials for Frontex secure website and by misstanke sent to a private email address which at this level should be safeguarded so it would be impossible.
Rule nr 1! Which is common knowledge among properly security trained staff, you never send any information related to login credentials via email, and you never use a single sign-on system for such information.
Rule nr2! A proper security review, made by our security consultants, of the security procedures at any Swedish governmental organisation would be priority number one, to avoid any more embarrassment!
